We have an Open Window command that runs after Commit Changes on submit
- Qualification is 'Case ID+' = $LASTID$.  Open Window - Window
Type:Modify; Display Type: Detail Only; Target Location: Current; Form
Name:HelpDesk.

That leaves the case that was just submitted open on the screen.

Hi,

Users are using web to enter tickets and we are not using any
centralized preference server. Also, what they want is that the ticket
they just submitted stays open.
