Does the AL fire at all? You might want to toss a message into the if action just to make sure the AL is firing when you believe it should. The active link does (or at least is supposed to do) a Push-Fields to another schema to create a ticket. Through looking at my logs, it is not even trying to do the push fields. Will push fields not work on after submit action active links on the mid-tier?
