Has anyone else seen an error in the ARS 7 Email install that it can't find the javamail.properties file in the jvm\lib directory? There are two problems with the installer's "requirement":
* Java 1.5.0_11 doesn't even use that directory. It uses Program Files\Java\lib. * The javamail.properties file isn't among the files Java installs, either with the SDK or the JRE. I tried to just manually create the directory the email installer is looking for, and put into that directory the file I got from another source. That satisfied the installer (no error, at least), but I still can't process emails through ARS. I wonder if the Java version is the problem - anyone else using 1.5.0_11 without issues? The Mid-Tier installer doesn't recognize it as "valid", though it does seem to work fine with it once it's installed.
