For general uses, this is not a valid format:

http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc2822#section-3.4.1

While your internal mail servers may have something special that
allows this notation, Remedy uses java to store and process email
messages. The constructors used to store email addresses within java
more than likely conform to the stated rfc.

I don't think that having multiple @'s is valid in an email address...if
your able to send it out via your email system...they are likely stripping
something to make it valid...but I'm not an email guru by any means

I'm trying to send an email out from 6.3 running on unix to
[EMAIL PROTECTED]@emobile.com and just keep getting error. I can send
it out our normal email system so the address is good.
