Serouche,
We've also had problems with "Action: failed" (a string that shows up in
email bounces or tickets about the same) being interpreted as a bad
email engine command. I think this occurs when the Email Action is set
to "Parse" on the AR System Email Mailbox Configuration form. Check out
the Email Engine Guide for more info.
I wonder if a patch ever addressed this. If I can't control the email
content that's being sent to ARS, what I have to do is resubmit the case
with the colon removed, or manually copy & paste it into a new ticket.

Subject: some emails do not create tickets
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed
Dear listers,
ARS 6.00.01 patch 1454
The same for the email engine
OS: Sun Solaris 5.9
sometimes tickets are not created via email.
The user tool shows a SEVER error with not always the same error number.
The problematic emails contain some words followed by ":"
As an example, an email with in the body the word followed by a ":"
"Action: ..." generates the error and does not create a ticket.
The same for "Server: ..." and "Form: ..." ...
Does anybody know about this issue?
What could be the solution?
Can anybody help?
Thank you.
Serouche
