I was going to do that but my mouse click was faster then my brain :) 

No custom apps at this time just BMC apps. Right now we use Help Desk,
SLA, Flashboards and Asset on a limited base.

 Right now I'm in the process of setting up incoming emails to create
Help Desk tickets with up to 5 attachments (I did get some hints how to
do this) and incoming email surveys that will process automatically into
Remedy.

Dan,

Are you talking about home grown apps or BMC/Remedy apps?  If BMC/Remedy
apps then could you list them and then folks will give better answers.

Hi everyone I have a question for you, I'm looking to create a new list
of enhancements to work on in Remedy 6.3 (trying to beat management to
the punch). So I'm looking to create a list of enhancements that will
have the greatest impact to the company and that will make management
