I was going to do that but my mouse click was faster then my brain :) No custom apps at this time just BMC apps. Right now we use Help Desk, SLA, Flashboards and Asset on a limited base.
Right now I'm in the process of setting up incoming emails to create Help Desk tickets with up to 5 attachments (I did get some hints how to do this) and incoming email surveys that will process automatically into Remedy.
