Neel, All I can say is that PPL is a prefix for CTM:People form and WLG is a prefix for Work Log form.. Its strange that these prefixes seem to mix up with your incident requests.. Have you noted under what circumstances these wrong prefixes get used? Maybe this is indeed a bug and not 'defective by design' :-)...
Try isolating these tickets and reproducing similar tickets and find out under what circumstances these tickets get created with these wrong prefixes..
