Hi All,

I am trying to import users from the Active Directory into a Remedy Regular
Form through a Vendor Form. When doing this through an escalation, I am
getting the following error in the arerror.log

Oracle 9i
ARS 6.3 Patch 13,
Midtier Patch 13

Anybody has faced this issue before?
