hanks again. Just to summarize.....you're currently receiving the .tsk file and 
the URL but you're users are unable to use the URL as it doesn't connect them 
to 
the correct source.

ur workaround is just to place the URL in the subject of the email 
ttp:///arsys/home <http://%3cservername%3e/arsys/home>  and then they can find 
he incident # in the 
ncident form. This seems like a step backward from using the client. Any other 
deas?
