I have the com.remedy.arsys.emaildaemon.SaveSentItem set to True in my EmailDaemon.properties. I have also configured the mailbox in the template not to delete the email after it’s sent. Is there anything else I need to do?

Many of us have that turned off so that we can search the form when someone says "I didn't get an email for that ticket."
