Good afternoon, I'm looking for an easier way to populate permission groups and licenses for users in ITSM 7.0. In the past it was easy just to copy one person's permissions to another in the User form, but with the added CTM:People Permission Groups form in the way, among other things, I'm not seeing a clear way to do this. I'm thinking about turning on workflow logging of what happens when I manually set permissions then creating an escalation to do this, but I wanted to check here first to see if BMC really did leave us no other options beside manually entering hundreds of people's permissions or creating customized workflow.
