I'm not sure if the Developer web site is unsanctioned within BMC or is a forgotten child. I loaded my license management process and presentation there after User World last year and it still sits in sort of a limbo state. Dave

Its not just the old username, but also the password that you used to use back then.. I had to go through a string of passwords that I might have gone through before I guessed the right one.. I guess this is another case of 'working as designed' if I had to ask Remedy Support as to why they changed the login name to the support site to an email address but left this part out.. I am yet to receive a good reason from them when I asked them why they associated my age old email address from my days with CyberMAK Information Systems as my login name, when I had long left CyberMAK. I had my profile updated after leaving CyberMAK with my new email address but apparently they missed that when they made that change.. The best I response I received from one of them is we have no idea why the older email address was selected as your login name..
