Re: Introducing 'Feeds' plug-in to AR System MidTier...Just figured that out too when Chris Blue and Lynn wrote to me offline.. Its not just the old username, but also the password that you used to use back then.. I had to go through a string of passwords that I might have gone through before I guessed the right one..
I guess this is another case of 'working as designed' if I had to ask Remedy Support as to why they changed the login name to the support site to an email address but left this part out.. I am yet to receive a good reason from them when I asked them why they associated my age old email address from my days with CyberMAK Information Systems as my login name, when I had long left CyberMAK. I had my profile updated after leaving CyberMAK with my new email address but apparently they missed that when they made that change.. The best I response I received from one of them is we have no idea why the older email address was selected as your login name..
