This sounds like a timezone issue. Check your User Preference records and
the timezone of your MidTier as possible culprits.

After moving 6.3 patch 20 to a bigger/faster UNIX server we noticed that
tickets modified from the web have a worklog date time stamp of todays date
but the time is always 12:00AM.  If you create a ticket from the web the
create date and time are correct but the entry in the worklog is 12:00AM.
Everything is working if you use the client and if you open the web ticket
via the client the worklog date and time are correct.       I'm not to sure
where to start looking?
