Are there any OTB notifications for Incident/Problem/Change Management apps version 7 for the process of reassignments of requests. In the older apps both the new and the old assignee would get notifications about the reassignment. Doesn't seem the new apps have that. Can anyone please confirm if they get these notifications? Or is it just us?
