I totally agree. Our support contract with Remedy is also set to expire in September and I'm going to be looking at all options.
I'm just curious, did anyone else out there run into a problems attempting to complete a license audit within the last two months? That experience was the boiling point for me. I was dumbstruck and totally shocked when I was informed that the reason for the delay was a BMC reorganization that resulted in the two license experts being let go by BMC!!
