Okay guys,
I am trying to reconcile a dataset in a CMDB 1.1 on ARS 6.3. I have a identity that works on SerialNumber only in the master set. It doesn't work if the reconId is 0 in BMC, it creates a second asset in BMC.ASSET with the same data. But if I copy the RecID to the BMC.ASSET instance and run the job again, it works perfectly. What gives?
