Login to BMC's support web site and search defects on the following three qualifications: Product Name: "AR System" Version: "7.0.1" Problem Area: "Web" Click the "Search" button. Scroll through the list of defects and find the Defect ID: SW00267946. Details are as follows: Summary: " TT form shows the Logout button although that option is not selected on the Menu Access tab of View Properties " Disposition: "Verified" Resolution: "Not Reproducible" While you have that list in front of you.. also look at: Defect ID: SW00267373 Can you fix and test something that you can not reproduce? Defect ID: SW00268594 Summary: "Consuming webservice trough filter" Can you "retire" a feature that is "as designed" and is also a Defect?
