Did any one experience performance slowness after migrating to 10G from 9i
Oracle?

We did an upgrade from 9i to 10G with ARS 7.0 and performance has gone
down badly.

The DBA is investigating with Oracle did any one of you had the same
problem.

Any information would be helpful.
