Just checked the Environment PATH and they are identical on both

Just a question here, is the ENV path the same.. maybe you installed
something and made the it either got removed, or fell lower in the list
of path's to check..
This happened to me in the Oracle client issue .. once..

When pointing my Mid Tier server (7.0.1 patch 1, Tomcat, Windows
2003) to our Prod server, I'm getting this error when I try to login:
ARERR 9215 Internal Error, when I change it back to our Dev Server
everything is fine and I'm able to login.

We have another Mid Tier server (same configuration) pointing to
our Prod server and it's just fine.

I cleared the cache, checked the logs, deleted my temp files in
my IE......

        Any ideas?

I checked the logs and I don't think it really says much:
