Lisa, Two things to check, because I can't remember which error I had with a Dev MidTier. 1. Make sure the Midtier password (AR Server Settings link | Admin Password) is the same as the ARS Server (Connection Settings | Mid-tier Administration Password) for the AR Server in question. 2. Check for a .dll called America_Atikokan.dll. If it doesn't exist copy the America_New_York.dll and rename it. HOoTH,
