Hi all, I would like to find out what the files named <user name>_tsi.dat files (in ...\AR System\HOME directory) created for every user who logs in using client tools (well, I'm not sure if it's correct for every Remedy client tool) are used for. To be more specific, I'm interested in the timestamps in this file. Do they have a role in the login process of Remedy User and/or Remedy Administrator?
