ITSM Version 7.0.2 patch 3 on a Linux server connecting to an Oracle 10 db.
I had a user today accessing from a browser using the report console (accessed from the Incident Console left navigation panel) who tried to send the report to a file. Gets the error message "Failed to perform Action". I told the user to send to screen and then export this. This is somewhat of a dopey problem, but inevitably another user will try to do this. My question is this considered a bug? I checked the BMC website but my search returned too many results and I didn't see anything that looked close to this.
