Michael, Are you manually releasing the license (through the "Manage Users" window) or are you relying on the timeout as noted below? If you're manually releasing, then I believe that is a fixed value by BMC -- an administrator can only release a specific license so many times per duration of time.. I suppose it's to prevent a high turnover rate in floating licenses...(thus needing to purchase more to accommodate all your users...obviously a revenue generator for BMC...to their own right.) J.T.
