We had also faced the same problem. We found that the user didn't have
enough space in his HD drive.

Did you check and make sure the servers temp folder isn't full? Can
other's create HPD tickets?

Hello List,

I am receiving the problem as "ARERR 316 Failure with the temporary file
:
Not Enough space". Here user is trying to create the helpdesk ticket
through aruser client. We tried removing *.arf and *.axv files but this
could make difference.

Can you please suggest me as per your experience.
