Created an RFE with BMC for a proposed enhancement to address this and
also added it to the ARSwiki list of bugs/enhancements.  Review and
add to the description if you can think of anything to add.

Aside from writing an api that uses the new (7.0.1) call,
ARSetImpersonatedUser, then performs the Application-Confirm-Group,
you are going to have to use regular workflow, which does not always
yield the desired results due to groups that are substrings of other
groups.
