Good Morning,
We now have 2 Public Database Links that when attempting to query the
view form we receive the following error message:
ARERR [552] Failure during SQL operation to the database :
ORA-02068: following severe error from DATABASE
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel
We have noticed that the view forms work great for a few days after
Remedy has been bounced, but the longer the system is up the more often
we receive this error message until you can't query the form due to the
error.
Both Databases are on AIX 5.3 machines and on Oracle 10.2.0.3.0. I
created the public database link as ARADMIN. Both Databases perform a
nightly sync with our primary ERP database, which is not Remedy.
Has anyone come across this before and know how to fix it?
