The users are receiving emails in the following format from Remedy:

This happens once in a while. But when I try to resend those messages to myself
they appear to be fine. I am using Outlook 2003.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
ARS 5.1.2 . Email Server Type is SMTP.
