FYI - Although you will not see it in the object list - clever people can
get to the form.
(Using things like api, Klink or any ODBC tool (Excel, Word, etc...).

So - I would try and avoid this technique.

You can give Public hidden access. On the form properties, whenever you
add a permission group to a form, you notice there is a drop-down arrow.
Click it, and you can choose Hidden, the glasses with a red X over them.
This will allow public to have query access to the form without actually
being able to see it in the object list.

This will also, incidentally, allow you to write macros to send to the
users where they can pull data out of that form. They cannot see the form in
their object list, but they can still open it if you present them with a
macro or button. That was just an extra tip J

I'm trying to create a menu that lists people who are in a certain group,
but Public does not have access to the User form and I don't wish to make it
that way - the People form doesn't contain group information. Ideas?

Thanks,

Michael
