Use a SQL menu:
select full_name from user_x where group_list like '%$groupID$%'
of course, you'll have to have another SQL menu which lists the group
names, and a link that looks up the groupID for the specified group:
select group_name, group_id from group_x
The above syntax assumes Oracle; you might have to tweek it a bit for
other DBs

I'm trying to create a menu that lists people who are in a certain
group, but Public does not have access to the User form and I don't wish
to make it that way - the People form doesn't contain group information.
