Luckily doesn't look like anything more than that.. My colleague was told by support to manually key in those lines in the respective configuration files. We weren't offered any good reasons as to why these lines might have gone missing in the first place. The possible reasons my colleague was told that this might be a result of, do not sound good, and we highly doubt them..
