Jack, give us a better idea here.. What exactly - software wise is going to be running, flashboards, ITSM, Service Desk, Home Grown, Apache, Oracle ? 9? 10? 11? how many User accounts ? Are your customers going to access without license - Read ? or Submitter mode ? how many ?
