I use a series of the command PERFORM-ACTION-NAV-FIELD-SET-SELECTED-ITEM <fieldId> where fieldId is the ID of a navigation bar entry in the block I want to expand. When you select an item like this, it expands the block it is in. I end up with a last command that corresponds to the initial state of the form, such as displaying My Tickets.
