Shawn,

I am not at all familiar with ITSM, but what about calling a guide which loops
within itself until the approval record has been created. Once the record is
found, then the guide exits and you can refresh the list.
Within the guide, you may just run a set field action against the approver form
and then evaluate the result. Depending on how quickly the record gets added,
this approach may generate quite few queries against the approver form :)
You may also add some kind of maximum number of how many times the waiting
guide will loop through until it exits (this is just a safeguard in case
something goes wrong and the record does not get added).

Hope this helps

Carey,

I've thought about this as well, and I will test it but I have a feeling
that three seconds may be too long of a delay.

Thanks,

Shawn

Shawn,

Well... you could try to refresh the table immediately... then also add
an "on interval" active link to try it again in a few seconds. (I think
three is the shortest limit.)
