Listers, Can someone who has ran this successfully on ITSM 7 apps, specifically Incident, Problem and Change, with the SLM bit installed and other core apps like the Email Engine, EIE, link for SQL and Oracle installed, check the sync logs if they have completed the sync successfully and let me know if it reports any errors related to missing fields or forms??
