I am just about to do the sync as I have just installed the ITSM 7 apps (version 7.0.2 for Windows and Oracle 10g), specifically Incident, Problem and Asset. Although the installation completed when I checked the installation logs there was a large amount of workflow definitions and import data that were not installed due to a number of different reasons e.g. defintiion import has failed as certain forms are not on the server, Active Links not imported as the definition was corrupted, etc.. I am still waiting on Support to come back to me on this issue.

I will let you know how the sync goes.

Can someone who has ran this successfully on ITSM 7 apps, specifically Incident, Problem and Change, with the SLM bit installed and other core apps like the Email Engine, EIE, link for SQL and Oracle installed, check the sync logs if they have completed the sync successfully and let me know if it reports any errors related to missing fields or forms??
