Hi, I am just about to do the sync as I have just installed the ITSM 7 apps (version 7.0.2 for Windows and Oracle 10g), specifically Incident, Problem and Asset. Although the installation completed when I checked the installation logs there was a large amount of workflow definitions and import data that were not installed due to a number of different reasons e.g. defintiion import has failed as certain forms are not on the server, Active Links not imported as the definition was corrupted, etc..
