When Remedy sends out a notification email to our HelpDesk and they hit
Reply from Outlook it has the remedy email address in the To field. Is it
possible to use the Reply To fields to put the Requesters email address in
the Reply To as well as prefill the From and BCC fields? Would I set this in
the Filters Notification or do I create a Active Link for the Email Mailbox
Configuration form?
