Hi all, What r the installation procedure for ARS server, ARS components and ITSM Application in Windows Cluster environment. Here i have 2 windows 2003 Server(Node1 and Node2 with seperate Physical IP) can access SAN storage and common SQL Server databse in Cluster Environment.
During the installation time of ARS 7.0, MidTier,E Mail Engine, Assignment Engine from Server A (Active Server) i gave installation Path to Shared Folder in SAN Stoarge. these are the installation Path in SAN storage. ARS Path: \\$Network Path$\$Shared Folder$\AR System\$server A(Active Server) Name $ Mid Tier Path:\\*$Network Path$*\$Shared Folder$ <file://\\e\$Shared Folder$>\AR System\Mid-Tier Email Engine Path: \\*$Network Path$*\$Shared Folder$ <file://\\e\$Shared Folder$>\AR System\AREmail Admin Tool and Client tool installed in C:\Progam Files\AR System\ on both server (Active and Passive). what r the steps we need to install CMDB and and SD in this scenario and what r the changes we need in ar.cfg file. Please give some good suggestion.
