Mid-Tier 6.3 Stylesheet

Since I was not exactly clear;

I want to change the background color of a form on the Mid-Tier without 
changing it in the User tool.

I am trying to change some of the colors on my Mid-Tier page.  Does anyone 
know if their is a tag in the ARSystem stylesheet to change the background 
color?

Does anyone know if their is a specific document that has been published by 
BMC that explains each tag in the stylesheet?
