Yes, I have not figured it out yet.. 1 issue was permissions to the user form are public only, the form itself. (I wish they would merge vice trounce)
I have found some folks (not usertool related - from what I am seeing) do not get Drop down menu's to work properly.. it only shows themselves.. and there is more than 1 person finding this.. Assigned tech field Also.. When people login, I was getting this morning.. no permissions to user form to get data, and other forms created.. Very Very Strange.. if I give folks admin, it works fine, so the way permissions are done, with Groups has changed.. I just have not figured out .. how.. I have a ticket in with Remedy.. But I keep getting Stupid - foreign country questions.. like is this an upgrade, after I said.. ARS 7.01P3 to ARS 7.1.. I even said call me.. what do they do -- Email..
