All, Is it just me or does the compatibility matrix say that the Admin Tool is only supported on "Windows 2000, 2003 (32 or x64)".
What happened to Windows XP? :) Do I need to downgrade my XP Pro box to Windows 2k? ( I really doubt it. It looks like BMC only listed SERVER OS's and not client OS's for the Admin Tool client. ) And .... Did the "Service Desk" application get renamed to "Remedy Help Desk 7"?
