Hi Rick,, Nope it's not... when I log in as a different user that never opened that "Incident Creation" form, the "Incidents" object is visible...
"Incidents" is the Alias for HPD:Help Desk. Very weird... When I was trying to get a ticket entered directly into the Incident Management form, I opened the Incident Creation view. Prior to that I could see Incidents in my Object List; however now I cant All I see is Incident Creation and other variations.. I tried putting one of the view names in the Default Form view field on the Advanced tab of the Options window; and I even deleted all the *.arf and *.arv files thinking that might help. I can get to it via the Incident Management console, but not directly. Any ideas on how to get the Incidents Object back? Thanks!!!!
