What's the version of your Oracle Client and database you are using for your AR Server?
What version of the Oracle database are you trying to connect to? Are you using the correct version of an Oracle client to connect to this database? Make sure you are setting the correct ORACLE_HOME, SID, and TWO_TASK for this remote connection.
