Try exporting the AL, deleting it, and re-importing it.. just in case it was
some sort of definition caching problem it may resolve that..

  Does the active link show up in the active link at all?  I'm working on
the same issue with my active link is not listed in the AL log unless I open
CHG:Task form from the object list and do a search for the ticket.  When it
is modified the AL will fire as designed

  I have an active link that has 4 actions in it. When a button is pushed
the following actions should occur:

  1) Push Fields  - to a supporting table
  2) Close Window
  3) Set Fields - I am setting a field using COLSUM
  4) Change Field - simply refresh a table field

  Actions 1,2 and 4 always fire. I can never get action 3 to fire. If I look
at the Active Link log it never shows as if it does not exist. I know I
experienced this same type of problem some time ago where some workflow was
just ignored. I am on ARS 7.01 patch 1 on SQL 2000/Server 2003. Anyone have
an idea to try?
