Hi,
Go into the Admin tool and do the following:
· Server Information
· Configuration
· Check ‘Disable Escalations’ (Stops current escalations thread)
· Apply
· Uncheck ‘Disable Escalations’ (Starts new escalations thread)
· Apply
This should work J
