Hello Veerain, Please forgive my lack of Remedy terminology - I'm a report developer, not a Remedy admin or developer.
We have some people here trying to do the same thing using Cognos 8.2. They attempted to connect via the Remedy ODBC but were not successful. Cognos 8.2 requires ODBC drivers to be compliant with ODBC spec 3.5 or higher. The Remedy-supplied ODBC drivers from AR 6.0 and 6.3 are written to an ODBC spec lower than 3.5. According to Remedy AR 7.0 release notes, the ODBC driver is enhanced and has ODBC spec 3.5 compatibility. I hope this helps. - Terry Let's see...
