Mark, While creating the Crystal Report, have you set this 'large field' on your Crystal Reports 'To Grow' ?? If not you will need to do that on the field property of the report.

Reduced the report to one field, so that I can say for sure, that Crystal 9 can't deal with a larg amount of data in one field. I guess it's the problem of the Remedy ODBC driver.
