When a user assigned a floating license logs in to the Client tool (v7.0.01) and selects the Incident Management Console, he/she will get multiple pop-ups, I guess one per ticket in the Assigned Work table, warning a floating write license is not available. Is there a way to improve on this ? A patch maybe ? A setting somewhere ? TIA Colin
