Or you could try putting temporary short labels, save it, re-cache the mid-tier server, and then return the labels back to what they were, save it and then re-cache the mid-tier again.. I think that had worked for me in 6.3 when I faced a similar situation.

I don't remember being able to fix it though. You might try adding a page, saving, then removing the page. Also, you might try wiping out any cached views you have on your client, if you are only seeing it in the USER tool and not the ADMIN tool. I don't know if this would work or not, but it's worth a try. I just thought of it, so that means it probably won't work :) Thanks, Gary Opela, Jr Sr. Remedy Developer Leader Communications, Inc. 405 736 3211 -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Pierson, Shawn Sent: Friday, September 21, 2007 11:19 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: Page Holder tab headers won't go back to being on one row If this is on the full client but not the mid tier, I've a similar problem and BMC opened it as a Defect. The only difference is that in my case, I can get it to go back to one row, but it pushes all the fields on all the pages down in order to accommodate the row that is no longer there. -----Original Message----- From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Rabi Tripathi Sent: Friday, September 21, 2007 11:13 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Page Holder tab headers won't go back to being on one row Hi guys, I have a page holder on a form all tab headers for which fit nicely on a row till yesterday. I experimented with bolding some of the tab header titles which made the tab headers occupy two rows. On reversing the change, the headers won't go back to one row. Now, to get one row of headers, I have to widen the page holder almost two inches more than it was before my experiment. It's annoying. I can't have two rows and I don't have two extra inches. Now, even if I hide some tabs, or shorten name of some headers, it just won't go back to occupying one row. Why is this a one way street? Anybody seen this, solved this? Remedy Admin 7.0.1 p4.
