Dylan,
Sort by date then right-click on the Column headers and "Arrange by"
Conversation instead of Subject.
Since the Conversation strips off the RE; and FW: it groups by the
original subject.

Same as Daniel, offline personal folder in outlook.

When I come in there's a bunch, I scan through the ones I might be
interested in while I wait for the coffee, set read all to the rest and
so starts my morning.

How do you guys group the messages? I tried grouping them by subject but
then it just lists them in order of subject and I can't figure out which
new ones come in?

Dylan

I always create a local personal folder so it is local drive not

the corporate mail server storing the arslist.

(I also use outlook with several different filters for different

        purposes).

And by using google mail I don't clutter my work email which has
less storage. I'd be spending lots of time cleaning it out just to keep
my head about water.

I have been reading the list for years with just my email tool.
I have filters etc... so it is not too bad.

However, I am wondering what other people use -- as the volume
is significant enough that a non-email strategy may be good.

        Any suggestions?
